Beautiful plant, but poor customer service

The plant itself was beautiful. However, customer service stunk !! I emailed twice and never received a reply. I did not see anywhere on the order form where to put a note with the gift. I emailed RIGHT after I place the order, didn’t receive a reply. Then emailed a second time and no reply. My recipient did not know who the gift was from.

Delivery

Orchid was delivered on time and in good condition. This was a first Father’s Day gift for my son and he loved it.
