Beautiful little Orchid!

What a beautiful little orchid. The first one that I ordered arrived with wilted buds and flowers. I let Just Add Ice support know and a replacement was sent out immediately. The orchids are boxed in a manner that supports the stems, flowers, and buds. A heat pack was enclosed to protect the orchid from freezing temps. I got a notice that my delivery was delayed due to severe weather conditions so instead of getting here in 2 days it took 4 days for it to arrive but there was no damage to the orchid at all. I love Just Add Ice Orchids.
I also love the way the company stands behind their products and will make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank you Just Add Ice.

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase with your happiness in mind. If your plant or pot arrived damaged and your order was placed less than 30 days ago - no worries, just have your order number and a photo of your damaged plant ready. Then fill out the form on our Contact Page so we can ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
