Beautiful Flowers

The color choices were beautiful and the flowers robust. I must say that four ceramic vases did not survive the transit were cracked. Four white plants have wilted and flowers fell off. BUT the rest arrived in tact and so pretty. They are so beautiful. Thank you!

The orchids are beautiful & arrived in a timely manner. The problem I’m having is customer service has not gotten back with me about the 3 pots that were broken/chipped and how 1 pot was missing an orchid.

Return Policy

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase with your happiness in mind. If your plant or pot arrived damaged and your order was placed less than 30 days ago - no worries, just have your order number and a photo of your damaged plant ready. Then fill out the form on our Contact Page so we can ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
