Return Policy

We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase with your happiness in mind. If your plant or pot arrived damaged and your order was placed less than 30 days ago - no worries, just have your order number and a photo of your damaged plant ready. Then fill out the form on our Contact Page so we can ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Mini Orchids

Loved them. Except, one did not have the ceramic pot..

Some were wilted

There were most of the same color. Very few yellow and very few white out of the 40 I ordered. And many of the purple were wilted, one had a broken stem.
They arrived on time which I very much appreciated and I had ordered about 10 extra so was able to pick through them for the most part. I also had a question and did not receive a response until 5 days after they arrived (which was a week after I sent the email).
Probably will not order from them again

Ladies Dinner Party “Gifts"

Had 20 women over for a dinner party and each guest was given a mini orchid. They were so excited and they looked beautiful as part of the decorations.

I ordered the bulk pack which arrived quickly -and all 20 were in great condition. Was so glad I got these and would definitely recommend!!
