What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Shipping costs vary based on type of service; our standard service is 2nd day. Saturday delivery delivery is available to all customers if you purchase before 10am EST.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 continental united states. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.

How do you ship straight from the greenhouse? How do the orchids stay fresh?

Because we ship straight from our greenhouses, you are guaranteed the freshest orchids. At our greenhouse, we carefully package each order to protect it as it makes its way to you. We ship using a special method of corrugated packaging, inserts and temperature controlling technologies.

Does someone have to be there to accept delivery?

No. However, to maintain the health of your orchid, it's recommended the shipment be picked up as soon as possible after arrival. For business or bulk orders, a signature is required.

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?

You can request a date you'd like to have your order delivered on, and we will do our best to meet that request. However, we do guarantee delivery on specific dates.You can pay more for Saturday delivery or next day delivery if you purchase before noon EST.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Oh no! We're sorry this happened. Please contact us so we can make things right.

Sure! Just contact us and let us know what you'd like to change.

Can I customize my order?

We're sorry, at this time we do not allow for customized ordering, but look for us to add this in the future.
